MeQHA's Recreational Riding Program
would like to thank their 2013 Sponsors for the support of Trail Challenges and the volunteers who took the time to make each event a great sucess!

Awesome Graphic Design
Awesome Graphic Design was a first time sponsor of MeQHA Trail Challenges in 2013.   Proprietor Adam Weaver donated two portrait prizes.   Below is the portrait commissioned by winner Susan Oakland.  Check out Adam's Facebook page at   He has very reasonable rates and does a great job.   In addition to drawing, Awesome Graphic Design offers paintings and logo design.   Keep him in mind for the next time you need to find a gift for a hard to buy for friend or loved one or are looking to create a new logo for your barn.

Double L Stable
Please visit the Double L's website at  Proprietor Wanda Lounder is an AQHA Professional Horseman and was even voted AQHA's Most Valuable Professional Horseman in 2010.  She is also currently a member of the AQHA Youth Committee.  Wanda and her daughter Brandy hosted a Trail Challenge in 2013 for the first time ever.   They have a wonderful facility with lots of options for obstacles.   In addition to being great hosts, Double L is a multi-year sponsor of year end awards for the Trail Challenges.

Glowin’ Dreams Farm
Glowin’ Dreams has been a gracious host to MeQHA Trail Challenges for several years now.   They offer lots of natural obstacles and usually throw in a few surprises as well.  You can find info on Glowin' Dreams at  Proprietors Frank and Linda Sue Goodwin sell quality horses as well as Vinton saddles and Cutter Classic Saddle Pads.   They also are active in team penning/sorting and hold practices at their farm.   Check with them for penning/sorting practices for novices as well as experienced cattle chasers.

Sable Oak Equestrian Center
Sable Oak Equestrian Center is also a multi-year host of MeQHA Trail Challenges including the very first one.   Proprietors John and Sherrye Trafton offer beginner through advanced lessons and hold several “horse camps” throughout the year for kids on school vacation.   They also offer training for all breeds in multiple disciplines.  Sherrye hosts Adventure Rides on Popham Beach and other locations on her well trained school horses for anyone looking for a unique activity.    Please visit Sable Oak’s webpage at for more information.
